Arrive 10 min early · we'll show you aroundNo. The first classes focus on movement, safety and basic positions. You learn at your own pace and build fitness as you go.
For your first class, comfortable sportswear (t-shirt and shorts or leggings) and a water bottle. We train barefoot. If you continue, we will help you choose a gi.
BJJ is trained safely. Beginners drill controlled movements with attentive partners and coaches. You tap, you reset, you learn — no one is trying to hurt you.
